Stress management is also a good way of dealing with breakouts for adult acne sufferers. Stress is thought to be by some people a major factor in acne breakouts. So controlling the risk factors within that stress and recognising the trigger factors helps to reduce the risk of a full blown breakout of spots, zits and pimples.
